I John 4:8 “He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love”.
Dictionaries defines love as an intense feeling of attraction toward something or someone. Precise as that may seem, the Bible says “God is love”. Bringing a much deeper perspective.
In understanding the true meaning of love, a believer has to know God. Ask God to reveal Himself to you.
