Mark 4:4 “And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up”.
In the parable of the sower, Christ highlighted the danger of remaining at the wayside, because even precious seeds are devoured therein.
Remaining on the wayside can also be related to lukewarmness; it is dangerous to linger so you do not look back. Focus on Christ.
Talk to God: Father, help me not to remain on the wayside in Jesus name, amen.
