Psalm 40:2 “He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings”.
Walking on water seems impossible, but standing on a rock is a symbolism of God’s establishment; the psalmist had that as a reason to rejoice.
Sometimes, God takes us through ‘impossible’ seasons so we might know how to stand when He eventually establishes us. If you can walk on water, you can surely stand on the Solid Rock.
Talk to God: Father, let me never be swayed by the storms of life in Jesus name, amen.
