Genesis 2:5 “And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground”.
From the time of creation, we can infer that fruitfulness only became possible when God rained. This is why praying for rains also relates to praying for fruitfulness.
Before God created man, He created everything He needed, the exact solution you need has already been created, actualise it in the place of prayer.
