Psalms 139:7 “7 Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence?”
The Most High sits in Heaven above and sees all things. He does not need to search to find a man, but in His sovereignty, He wants to work with man so that we can fulfill His purpose on earth.
God looks down because He cares for you and wants you to attain all He has planned for you. Let Him guide you to fulfilment.
