Hebrews 4:3 “For we which have believed do enter into rest, as he said, As I have sworn in my wrath, if they shall enter into my rest: although the works were finished from the foundation of the world”.
Faith in God is partly an act of rest; believing in His faithfulness. Today’s text also shows that He prepares rest for those who believe in Him.
There are many privileges forgone when doubt comes in. Dews do not settle on restless surfaces, you must be ready to receive what you are asking God for.
Talk to God: Father, my heart is open to receive your rest, visit me.
