Mark 12:31 “And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these”.
Christ summarized the commandments into just two, both about love. Today’s text talks about loving others like ourselves. Meaning we have to love our own selves, too.
If you love yourself, you will desist from anything that can bring hurt to you. God loves you, if you love Him, take care of His work—yourself.
Talk to God: Father, help me to love myself in Jesus name, amen.
