Luke 14:11 “For whosoever exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted”.
It is a straightforward scenario; the one who lifts himself does not desire any help to be lifted. Pride is an indication that one chooses to raise himself up rather than let God.
If you want the Most High to carry you, then be ready to let go of pride. God cannot compete with you. It is either you carry yourself or let Him carry you.
Talk to God: Father, I desire that you carry me, help me to wait on you in Jesus name, amen.
